Bob Kuhn — President

Bob started his automotive career in 1975. His past employers include Exxon Co, Nissan Motors Corp, Merchants Tire. He opened Skyline Automotive in April of 2001. He credits his business’s success to the strengths of his staff and to the values in which they operate his business. When not at work, Bob spends his time off with family and friends, playing golf, skiing, and traveling abroad.

Victor Peren — Store Manager

Victor brings with him 30 years of customer service and retail management experience. He moved into the automotive tire and repair realm in 1993 with Craven Tire and Auto. Victor started in sales and quickly moved into management where he excelled, successfully running 2 stores over the next 4-1/2 years. He then went west to Flagstaff, Arizona where he was service manager for Golightly Tire for a couple of years. After plenty of sunshine, fresh air, camping, fishing and hiking, Victor and his family returned to Northern Virginia where he eventually returned to Craven Tire and then successfully managed 3 more locations. Ultimately, he found a home at Skyline. On his time off, Victor enjoys spending time with his family particularly doing outdoor activities.

Pat Hanson — Service Director

Pat has been working on cars for as long as he can remember. His resume says 1985 is when he broke into the business with Merchants Tire and he joined our team in November of 2001. Pat is ASE certified in seven areas of expertise and keeps the shop running smoothly. Pat enjoys working on his home, his garden, and is an avid golfer and skier. Don’t break anything this year Pat!

Melissa Reasons — Office Assistant

Melissa just recently joined us at Skyline Automotive. Though relatively new, Melissa has excelled in her position and goes out of her way to provide excellent customer service for our customers and our staff alike. She also does a great job of keeping her father (Bob) out of trouble. After keeping all of us in line, she attempts to do the same at home with her husband and son.

Justin Karlinchak — Shop Foreman

Justin began his accomplished career in 1975. He worked at several new car dealerships before opening and operating his own business. He also worked for Merchants Tire, and Don Beyer Volvo before joining our team in 2003. Justin is an Advanced Level Technician and a Master Technician in several areas of repair including Auto, Truck, Bus, Body and Machinist. He is a VA State Inspector, Certified Emission Repair Technician. Justin keeps quite busy with his family and friends while pursuing many interests and hobbies. Music, sports, cooking, and coaching his daughters sports teams rank highest on his list of many.

Jim Stone — ASE Technician

When it comes to automotive experience, Jim can be compared to Merlin the Wizard. Jim has been working on cars for over 35 years. He started working as a teenager in high school shop classes. Actually, he was fiddling with cars even before high school. Along the way, Jim has worked for multiple service stations, Sears, and Merchant's. His career at Merchant's spanned 22 years where he received extensive training and experience. Jim is ASE certified, L1 certified, and is a licensed VA Safety Inspector and Emissions Inspector. Here at Skyline we fondly refer to him as Mr. Fix It. Jim and his wife have raised five kids, two of which have followed in their father's footsteps and are now mechanics. Looks like its a family business. In his spare time, Jim plays softball, softball, and more softball.

Dave Harris — ASE Technician

Dave comes to Skyline with over 20 years automotive mechanical experience. Although Dave got his start in the business the old fashioned way, on the job, he has taken the time to become ASE certified in most areas over the span of his career. He takes great pride in his work and treats every car like it is his own. He is very meticulous, detail oriented, and thorough. Before coming to Skyline, Dave garnered and polished his automotive skills while working for employers like Shell, Firestone, Merchant's, and Mr. Tire. Dave enjoys spending time with his family and friends when not working. When he can find time, he loves woodworking.

Danny Rash — ASE Technician

Danny started his automotive career in 1974. Danny worked for several local dealers including Manny’s Auto, Merchants Tire, Mr. Tire, and Craven Tire. Danny joined our team in September of 2003 and has been one our top performers ever since. Danny keeps us loose with all of his one liners and keeps repairing our customer’s cars as if they were his own.

Hassane Maazani — Technician

Hassane is Skyline Automotive's newest team member. Hassane is very mechanically inclined. He worked in a machine shop for several years in his homeland, Morocco. He then became a certified sewing machine repairman and spent two years in a factory repairing them. After leaving the sewing machine scene, he next worked for his brother doing auto body repair and rebuilding axles and suspension parts. After coming to the U.S., Hassane honed his technical skills at Falls Church Automotive and NTB. Hassane has a great attitude and is very determined. He never gives up when solving automotive problems. The result equals quality auto repairs. Hassane speaks Arabic, Spanish, French, English and American Sign Language. When not working, Hassane enjoys playing soccer and spending time with his new bride. He is also looking forward to being a new father in the very near future.

Bruce Rogers — General Service Technician

Bruce got into this business back in 1974. He started off as an automotive gas pump technician for Gulf, Chevron and Hess and his responsibilities grew. I hired him back back in 1997 and it was like striking gold. Bruce has been with me ever since providing WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE. Once you meet Bruce or have him give you a Shuttle Ride, you will know why I liken him to gold! When Bruce isn’t working 60-70 hr weeks he is at home spending time with family, watching movies, and MOSTLY RECUPPERATING! Thanks for all you do Bruce!
