Lake Barcroft is a census-designated place (CDP) in Fairfax County, Virginia. Lake Barcroft is also a privately owned lake named after Dr. John W. Barcroft, who owned and operated a mill on Holmes Run during the mid-19th century. The lake is part of the Cameron Run Watershed and is managed by the Lake Barcroft Association (LBA).
